This aquarium is an attraction that both you and your children will enjoy. Established in the 19th century, the Acquario is Europe's oldest aquarium. Today, you will find over 200 species of marine animals and plant life on display, with special attention given to those species from the Bay of Naples. The Cappella Sansevero was built in 1590 and decorated for Raimondo di Sangro, prince of Sansevero. The majestic interior of this chapel is adorned with ornate frescoes and sculptures. Il Duomo was built from 1272-1315. This amazing chapel has unfortunately lost most of its original Gothic structure, now exhibiting more of a Neo-Gothic style. Within its walls stands Christianity's first basilica, dating back to the fourth century, the Basilica of St. Restituta. Also, the Chapel of San Gennaro can be accessed through the basilica. Within the chapel, there are two vials of St. Gennaro's blood, said to liquefy at certain times of the year. BUS: R2; METRO: Cavour

Allow your eyes to drink in the beauty of La Fontana dell'Immacolatella. This elegant fountain was built in 1601 by Michelangelo Naccherino and Pietro Bernini. This white and gray marble masterpiece is adorned with coats of arms and eagles and the central coat of arms is upheld by two angels. BUS: C4, 120,128, R3, 140; TRAM: 1

In the center of Piazza Monteoliveto stands a fountain built in 1668 by Antonio Cafaro. The fountain outpours water through lions' mouths, and the last Hapsburg king of Spain, Charles II, is upheld by eagles.
